Building a Relationship with Auger Building Company
Ben Auger, principal of Auger Building Company, considers himself “fortunate to be aligned with artisans who produce with enthusiasm, intention, and the highest levels of craft, creativity, and efficiency.” We feel the same way about our work. Perhaps that recognition of kindred spirits is what brought Ben to The Music Hall nearly 20 years ago. Or maybe it was his appreciation of our Historic Theater. Known as a builder of high-end custom homes, Ben appreciates combining beauty and function to bring tears of joy and goosebumps to his clients. Sounds like the feeling you get at a great show at The Music Hall!
When was the last time you saw the Auger Building Company logo? The answer must be recently. It’s wrapped around your Music Hall tickets—Auger generously sponsors our ticket envelopes. It’s also wrapped around 135 Congress Street—Auger is the general contractor on the project to restore the former YMCA building. Auger Building Company was also very involved in The Music Hall’s recent renovations, including our Streetscape project. Ben Auger himself was instrumental in that work, going above and beyond his role as chair of the Facilities Committee to ensure the success of this transformational effort. A community-supported 501(c)3, The Music Hall would not be the economic powerhouse and cultural destination we’ve become without the generous support, including contributions of time, talent, and treasure, from local businesspeople like Ben. We are so grateful for the continued involvement of our corporate sponsors—as well as you, our members.
