Share the Magic with Your Neighbors in Need
The holiday season is the season of gift giving, and what better way to honor that then to give to those in need. This year’s Ogunquit Playhouse production of Elf The Musical is pure magic with great costumes and tons of hilarity, all wrapped up in our festively decorated Historic Theater. But we need your help! Inspired by Morgan and Tara Rutman, Give the Gift of Magic has gifted 270 tickets to local families, but we hope to continue to grow this holiday season and beyond.
From now through the first week of December, every time you purchase a ticket to any show at The Music Hall, you can give an additional, tax-deductible donation that will help us provide Elf tickets to those families in need. We are excited to welcome two new community partners, Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire and Arts in Reach, who join Greater Seacoast Community Health (formerly Families First Health and Support Center and Goodwin Community Health of Somersworth) and Cross Roads House in Portsmouth in receiving these tickets. Donations are also accepted online, at the B2W box office, or over the phone.
“We are so fortunate to once again be a beneficiary of The Music Hall’s Give the Gift of Magic Campaign,” said Janet Laatsch, Chief Executive Officer of Greater Seacoast Community Health. “This unique opportunity provides an experience many of our families can only dream of. People often forget that some of our Seacoast friends and neighbors struggle this time of year, but these tickets allow parents and their children to create long-lasting memories that are truly priceless.”
It’s rewarding for all of us here at The Music Hall to know that more local families will enjoy the holiday magic of Elf The Musical this season, thanks to our wonderful patrons, members, donors, and sponsors.
