We Love UNH Conferences and Catering!
We’ve got a lot to celebrate at The Music Hall: dedicated members, energetic patrons, generous donors, incredible volunteers, talented staff, renowned artists, and the list goes on. When we’re aiming to celebrate in style, with a creative menu, we always look to our partners at University of New Hampshire Conferences and Catering.
The experienced UNH team has years of practice serving not only the university but also the Seacoast community at large. And their world-class chefs always craft treats that are both tasty and clever. For the 2018-19 Season Launch, it was Ethiopian-inspired berbere spiced beef tenderloin, served on spoons mounted in a silver centerpiece. The Southwest by Southeast Asian Sampler at the annual staff party featured black bean and grilled pineapple salsa, curried mango raita, tangy guacamole, and a spread of housemade tortilla, pita, and wonton chips.
The UNH team is generous with their time and talent; they’ve even donated their services for several incredible Music Hall events, most recently the rooftop party for our Stakeholder members this past May. The incredible views were accentuated by the edible delights like the tri-colored quinoa shots and the cedar grilled salmon with peach-poblano glaze.
