Submitting this form does not guarantee the confirmation of your event. Providing information below allows The Music Hall to come up with an estimate based on your needs. An event is not confirmed, nor can go on sale, until all contracts, deposit and a certificate of insurance is provided by the renter.

Please know that due to a heavy programming schedule, The Music Hall does not rent out either venues for events such as weddings, birthday parties, etc

The following criteria will serve as a guideline as to how rentals will be selected: 

• Nonprofits must be financially stable 501(c) 3 and have been in existence for 3 years with an active board of trustees. Proof of their nonprofit status and a list of board members must be provided prior to holding dates.
• Local organizations that are already sponsors of The Music Hall will be given priority over non-sponsors. For-profit entities wishing to rent will be similarly prioritized.
• Individuals: artists or educators must demonstrate through their resume a minimum of five years’ experience in their respective fields.
• Priority will be given in all cases to artists with regional reach, professionally honored and awarded. Priority dates may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
• The quality and diversity of activities will be considered.
• Those that have not rented at The Music Hall previously may be required to submit three professional references to the Rental Manager of venues they have rented from in the past. A higher deposit amount larger than $1,000 per day may also be requested.
• All renters must be an organization registered under one of the following titles: LLC, 501(c)3, INC., Corp.
