Join Pete Endres, owner of Bird Dog Cider, with a tasting of five of their select dry ciders made locally at their facility in Greenland, NH. Pairing with each cider will be a featured cheese curated specifically for this event by C’est Cheese

ABOUT BIRD DOG CIDER:

Bird Dog is a family operation started by two brothers with a love for apples and a lot of help from good friends. Adjacent to Great Bay with rich soils, Bird Dog Farm & Cidery is located on farmland that dates to the early 1700s. The farm was pasture land and dairy for most of its colonial history. A 1950s dairy barn houses the cidery and tasting room. Some wild apple trees dot the landscape, and in May 2022, their first orchard was planted. Now with 1,500 trees in a high-density, trellised orchard, the orchard continues to expand.
