Join Music Hall donor, Board Trustee, and certified sommelier Jude Blake as she hosts tasting evenings with select industry professionals at The Music Hall Members Club.

Join Pete Endres, owner of Bird Dog Cider, with a tasting of five of their select dry ciders made locally at their facility in Greenland, NH. Pairing with each cider will be a featured cheese curated specifically for this event by C’est Cheese. 

ABOUT BIRD DOG CIDER:

Bird Dog is a family operation started by two brothers with a love for apples and a lot of help from good friends. Adjacent to Great Bay with rich soils, Bird Dog Farm & Cidery is located on farmland that dates to the early 1700s. The farm was pasture land and dairy for most of its colonial history. A 1950s dairy barn houses the cidery and tasting room. Some wild apple trees dot the landscape, and in May 2022, their first orchard was planted. Now with 1,500 trees in a high-density, trellised orchard, the orchard continues to expand.
