Molly McDevitt, Liz Frame, Liz Bills, and Lauren Crosby
Please note: the rain date for this event is August 7 (decision will be made by noon on Thursday).
Two shows and four tenacious musicians, ranging in styles from indie, folk, rock, vintage western, and soulful country. Upcoming and Here! promises to be a fun and inspired evening of mesmerizing vocals, witty lyrics, raw talent, and just the right amount of grit.
6pm Show:
Molly McDevitt is a singer-songwriter based out of Portsmouth, NH. Blending folk-pop and indie styles, her intimate lyrics and soulful voice have gained her recognition in the Seacoast area as an up-and-coming young artist.
Liz Frame’s music is honest, unbridled Americana, with a voice that is both big and supple. Her songs have been called “consistently first-rate” (No Depression) and she was a 2018 NewSong Music Competition finalist. She has been compared to everyone from Lucinda Williams to Dolly Parton to Merle Haggard.
8:30pm Show:
Liz Bills is a vocal powerhouse, a dynamic songwriter, and an empowering force who bares her heart for the world to see. She is known for her entrancing high energy performances and emotionally charged power vocals, vulnerable and passionate in her songwriting and stage presence.
Lauren Crosby‘s music is a pure creative expression of the North Atlantic. With hints of smoke and salt, her voice is deeply captivating, yet light with wit and life, blending classic rock, lyric-y folk, and vintage western.
