The Music Hall is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests to enjoy their visit to at each of our venues. We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.

At the Historic Theater

Patron Policies

  • Firearms and weapons are prohibited on the property.
  • Bag checks and metal detection may be conducted based on artist requests.
  • Patrons should avoid bringing bags larger than 9″ x 12″ x 4″.
  • Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
  • Theater doors will be locked 45 minutes after the scheduled showtime for live events and 15 minutes for films.
  • No re-entry is allowed during films.

Security & Entry Procedures

  • On-Site Security: Trained security personnel will be present at all live events to monitor the venue and assist with crowd management.
  • Bag Checks & Metal Detectors: For select events, patrons may be subject to bag checks and/or screening with hand-held metal detectors at entrances. Our hired security team will conduct these screenings.
  • For all live events, the front doors will be locked 45 minutes after the scheduled showtime or immediately after intermission ends. However, patrons may still exit and re-enter as needed, as staff will be present to monitor the entrance—no re-entry during films.
